Setmil Teas (Pvt) Ltd, is a firm whose core business is exporting the finest Tea to all parts of the world. We are proud to state that we have succeeded in our endeavours  to satisfy our buyers with   ‘THE CUP THAT CHEERS’   from Sri Lanka,  the famous island for Tea. The saying further goes that if you have not consumed “Sri Lankan Tea’ you have not tasted the best Tea.

We are presently exporting Tea to Germany, Iran, Russia, Australia, Dubai and Turkey in bulk and value added teas to Japan, UK, Taiwan, Singapore and USA.

Our products include Tea in Bulk and Packets of elegant presentations and Tea Bags – flavoured and unflavoured. Green Teas and Organic Teas are also some of the specialties that can be offered in your own brands or ours.

Grading and Tasting is done in our Tea Room which is well equipped with all facilities. Weekly Tea auction samples are graded and tasted according to buyer’s standards of various destinations. All pre-auction samples are very carefully graded and tasted by our experienced Tea Tasters.

A full scale training programme is conducted by trained personnel from our Human Resources Division for the entire company staff for all quality control systems under ISO and HACCP standards. Our warehouse unit separately conducts monthly seminars for all personnel within the compound on health and hygiene conditions.

Our warehouse is situated at Mullariyawa, Angoda, Sri Lanka, approximately 10 km's away from our Head Office. It is a newly built warehouse with 10,000 sq.ft in area and the surrounding environment is free of pollution. It has a tiled floor for blending and storage and a good ventilation system. Cleaning and sanitation is maintained at all times in the entire complex. The workers refreshment and sanitary sites along with the rest rooms are separately built and well equipped with water, medical and other facilities.

SGS Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., a well reputed international surveying company who strictly adhere to quality specifications, monitor all shipments of Tea, from blending up to loading into containers.
