Setmil Development
Established in 1994 to house the subsidiaries of the Setmil Group, this BOI sanctioned venture is a 34.31 perch, spacious and contemporary seven-storey building that is set adjoining the Jaya Container Terminal (JCT) overlooking the stunning skyline of the port of Colombo.
Holding a 50,000 square foot area which is rightfully named as the "Setmil Maritime Centre", it is designed to purpose, complete with pre-installed voice, data and digital TV infrastructure facilities, a 24/7 uninterrupted flow of power supply maintained by a 500KVA generator and smart building management. Additionally, a 24-hour high-end security including CCTV monitoring system and central operation command centre, fire protection, alarms and 24/7 professional service staff are on standby to guarantee the highest level of protection.
